Thai Red Curry Sauce
Description
This sauce can be used with meat or seafood. Drizzle over scallops, dip calamari in it.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Thai red chili sauce
- 2 Tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon lemon grass
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons curry powder
Methods/steps
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.
