Super Salsafied Bean Dip
A cheesy flavor explosion, great for sporting event parties, or just as a treat for the Family!
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Regular Velveeta
- 1/2 lbs of Mild Mexican Velveeta
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 16 0z cans of Black Bean and Corn Salsa
- 2 Taco Seasoning Packs
- 3 cans Refried Beans
Methods/steps
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Combine Taco Seasoning, Rotel, and ground beef in large skillet, cook until beef is browned, & then drain.
- Cut all Velveeta into 1 in. cubes
- Use Very Large Casserole Dish(Oven Safe) mix all ingredients together
- Place in Oven
- Set Timer for 1 hour(or until top of dip is golden)
Additional Tips
Serve with your favorite Tortilla Chips, or serve in a Burrito shell for a new experience. Usually last my family of three, 3 - 4 days!
