Stuffed Mushrooms
Very easy stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients
- 30 button mushroom
- 1 lb of sausage (your choice)
- 1- 8 oz. tub of cream cheese with chives and onions
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Clean mushrooms, remove the stems and scrape out the inside. Brown the sausage, scramble it up while cooking it.
- When sausage is done drain the grease off and add the cream cheese. Stuff the sausage mixture into the mushrooms. Place in a baking dish and bake about 30 minutes or until the mushrooms done.
Additional Tips
I love using the sausage with maple flavoring. And you can also use any of your favorite cream cheese spreads.
