Spicy Garlic Ginger Lime Marinade
I use this marinade on both skinless chicken breasts and mahi mahi before grilling on the BBQ.

Enough for two filets or two chicken breasts. Can be doubled or tripled.
- 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp fresh grated garlic (about 3 cloves)
- 1 Tsp fresh lime zest
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Hot Sauce (to taste)
Methods/steps
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Place fish or chicken in a zip lock bag. Pour marinade over, seal bag, mix to coat and place in the refrigerator. Fish can be marinated for as little as a half hour or up to two hours. Chicken can be marinated four or more hours.
