Soy-Ginger Salmon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 4 salmon filets (6 ounce each)
- chopped green onion for garnish
Methods/steps
To make marinade: Mix soy, ginger, honey and mustard in a jar, shake well. Reserve some of marinade for basting, pour the marinade over salmon filets and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Drain the marinate and bake at 325F untill cooked through. Baste occasionally.
Garnish with green onions
