Rosemary Sweet Potatoes
I'll be serving this at my house for Easter.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper.
Methods/steps
- Peel and cube sweet potatoes, cover with water and cook covered until tender.
- Drain potatoes and place in a food processor. Crumble rosemary and place in processor. Add remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth.
