Reduced Fat Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups quartered red or Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 to 4 tablespoons skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion tops
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Methods/steps
Cook potatoes until tender; drain.
Wisk mayonnaise, milk, dill, salt, pepper, onion and parsley; fold in potatoes, mixing gently but well.
COVER and refrigerate until serving time.
