Pinapple Cheese Ball
Description
I usually serve Pinapple Cheese Ball with crackers or bagel chips. It is a nice change of pace from the same old plain cheese balls
Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups chopped Pecans, divided
- 1 13 1/2 ounce can crushed pinapple, drained
- 1/4 cup finely diced green pepper
- 2 Tablespoons diced onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Methods/steps
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix 1 cup pecans with all other ingredients. Form into a ball. Chill. Roll in remaining pecans. Place in freezer for 6 hours, then store in refrigerator.
