Pepper Marinade for Beef
The length of marinating time will effect the flavors. Usually 12-18 hours in the refrigerator or 2-3 hours at room temperature work well. If you marinate too long it gives the meat a soft texture and overpowers the flavor of the meat.
Ingredients
- 2-3 Tablespoons course ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup soy
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
Methods/steps
- Press pepper into roast
- Combine remaining ingredients; mix well
- Marinate 12-18 hours in the refrigerator or 2-3 hours at room temperature.
