Mango Smoothie
Description
Delicious Mango and Pomegranate Smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup green tea
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 Tablespoon ginger juice (optional)
- Ice cube
*To make ginger juice take 1- 3 inch piece of fresh peeled and grated ginger. Place in a towel and squeeze juice into blender.
Methods/steps
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree smooth.
Additional Tips
- I made this for breakfast and added 1 Tablespoon of flax. I didn't have ginger so I omitted that.
