Lebanese Tahini Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cashews chopped
- 1 cup seedless raisins
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large mixing bowl blend tahini and sugar. Beat in egg and milk. Add oatmeal and flour, mix thorougly. Stir in cashews and raisins.
- Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with a fork.
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown
