Grilled Teriyaki Steak
Description
GrilledTeriyaki Flank Steak in a flavorful marinade.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 3 Tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 pound flank steak
Methods/steps
- Combine all ingredients except steak to make the marinade. Pour over steak and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours turning occasionally. (or refrigerated for 4 hours)
- Remove steak from marinade and grill over very hot coals, turning once. Grill for about 4 minutes each side for rare)
- Slice very thin to serve.
