Make ahead, pour into jar and refrigerate until needed. Very good marinade for grilled lamb.

Great for steaks, kabobs on the grill. Marinate meat for 30 minutes and grill.

The length of marinating time will effect the flavors. Usually 12-18 hours in the refrigerator or 2-3 hours at room temperature work well. If you marinate too long it gives the meat a soft texture and overpowers the flavor of the meat.

I use this marinade on both skinless chicken breasts and mahi mahi before grilling on the BBQ.
