Carrot Cake Bars

My family loves these. I sometimes will make them and individually wrap them. Put them in the freezer, so that they can bring them as a snack with lunches for school.
Ingredients
Bar Ingredients:
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 3 (4 1/2 oz) jars Gerber baby carrot food
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nut (optional)
Frosting
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Methods/steps
Combine all bar ingredients and pour into a jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Let cool then frost .
For icing: Whip and spread on cooled cake. Cut into bars.
