Caribbean Salsa
Description
SALSA RECIPE. Serve with corn chips or as a side. Wonderful with seafood. Source: Chef John Morris
Ingredients
- 1 ripe Mango
- 2 ripe Papayas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Methods/steps
- Peel and seed mango, papaya and avocado. Cut fruit into 1/4 inch dice. Mix gently in bowl with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
