Description Beef or Pork Marinade Recipe.

Ingredients

At a glance

Makes

enough to marinate 1 pound of beef

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons steak seasoning blend
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Methods/steps

Combine ingredients.
Add steaks!
Marinate 6 hours.
Discard marinate.
Cook those steaks!
