Banana Nut Bread for the bread machine
Description
This is a moist and sweet banana-nut bread recipe for your bread machine.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 cupsups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Allspice
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 cups ripened banana
- 1 cup nuts
Methods/steps
- Beat the eggs.
- Add eggs and liquid ingredients first. If you have an automatic machine you can wait for the signal to add the fruit and nuts or, if not, add them at the start.
