Baked Carrots
Ingredients
- 18 baby carrots
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup boiling water
Methods/steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the carrots in a baking dish.
- Mix the boiling water with the cinnamon, butter and sugar and mix well.
- Pour over carrots and bake for about 1 hour or until carrots are tender.
