Venison and Potato Soup

Venison and Italian Sausage Soup with Potatoes and Spinach.
Ingredients

1 lb ground venison

1 lb Italian sausage

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/3 cup chopped onion, sautéed

Chopped turkey

Salt and pepper to taste

Crushed red pepper

1 cup water
-
1 large can of chicken broth
-
1 bag of chunked frozen potatoes

1 ½ cups chopped green onion
-
1 cup parsley
-
Raw spinach
Methods/steps
- Mix ingredients in a large pot and allow it to simmer for 1 hour.
